Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving the product if:

  • You received the wrong size
  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received a different product from what you ordered

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused
  • The product must be in its original condition
  • The original box and packaging must be intact

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used
  • The customer damages the product
  • The request is made after 3 days of delivery

Refund Policy

We generally offer a replacement first.
Refund is applicable only if replacement is not available.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after the returned product is received and verified.

Delivery Charge

  • If the mistake is from our side → delivery charge will be free.
  • If the customer orders the wrong size → customer pays the delivery charge.
