Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving the product if:
- You received the wrong size
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received a different product from what you ordered
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused
- The product must be in its original condition
- The original box and packaging must be intact
Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product has been used
- The customer damages the product
- The request is made after 3 days of delivery

Refund Policy
We generally offer a replacement first.
Refund is applicable only if replacement is not available.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after the returned product is received and verified.

Delivery Charge
- If the mistake is from our side → delivery charge will be free.
- If the customer orders the wrong size → customer pays the delivery charge.
